Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and ship. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers in the near future. Please check back with us or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our candles.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at ashton@stillseasonscandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged products.

Candle Care

How should I care for my candle?

For the best experience, trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each use, burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and keep your candle away from drafts. Always burn on a heat-resistant surface and never leave a burning candle unattended.
