How long should I burn my candle?

For the best experience, burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. This prevents overheating and ensures even burning.

Why is my candle tunneling?

Tunneling happens when the candle isn't burned long enough during the first use. Always burn your candle until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface (usually 2-3 hours for the first burn).

How should I store my candles?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We understand scent preference is subjective, so we don't accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll work to resolve the issue.

What if my candle arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at Ashton@stillseasonscandleco.com within 48 hours if you receive a damaged item. Include photos of the damage for fastest resolution.
