Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your candles ship.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Free Shipping: Orders $100 and over qualify for free standard shipping
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via USPS
• Expedited Options: Available at checkout for faster delivery

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and other countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and typically take 7-14 business days via USPS or DHL Express.

Candle Care During Shipping Our candles are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. During warmer months (May-September), we recommend expedited shipping to minimize heat exposure that could cause softening.

Order Tracking You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to become active.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States and to select international locations. Some remote areas may have limited shipping options.
